Girls Flag Football
As of Fall 2023, Girls Flag Football is a CIF-sanctioned sport! Left Coast Sports Academy is ready to prepare young girls to join this newly sanctioned sport. With previous experience leading coed teams, LCSA is primed to lead a league of girls and their teams into a fun Fall competitive season!

The Mid Valley Sports Adult Basketball League allows men 30+ who love basketball and camaraderie to come together and play games on Sunday afternoons beginning at approximately 4 PM. Teams are divided into two divisions based on age and ability. With a range of ages from 30 to 75, it's fun for everyone!
